for Patients 65+
In order to provide more services to our patients, we have implemented Home Physical Therapy to better service senior patients (65 and above). We are providing quality therapy solutions that are accessible and personal. We come to your house and provide one-on-one physical therapy services for one hour each session. Most of our current patients love our new service and we are confident that you will too. There is no extra charge or hidden fees. We will bring the necessary equipment and make sure that your physical therapy needs are addressed.
- What is Home Care physical therapy?
It’s a way of getting physical therapy instead of coming to the clinic. Our patients love it for its convenience, one hour one-on-one sessions, and at the same time, reduce the risk of COVID transmission.
- Do I need to have all the equipment?
We will bring the necessary tool to bring you amazing physical therapy sessions. We work with what is in your surroundings. We provide movement analysis and personalized home exercise programs with what you already have. We also use body-weight exercises to make sure you get the most our of the exercises.
- Is my insurance eligible?
All Medicare members are eligible for our home care services.

- Does it cost me extra to get home services?
No, if you have active Medicare you are eligible for at home services.
- I am worried about Coronavirus, what precautions are you taking?
Our therapists will be screened for body temperature prior to your appointment. They will also be wearing full personal protective equipment (gloves, mask, goggles, and suit). Equipment brought to you will be thoroughly disinfected.
