TOTAL MOBILITY

WHAT IS TOTAL MOBILITY?

Total Mobility is a one-on-one assisted stretching program designed to help you move better, feel looser, and reduce stiffness. A trained stretching specialist guides your body through safe, targeted stretches that you can’t easily do on your own.

How is Total Mobility different from regular stretching?

With assisted stretching, you don’t have to guess or strain. You simply relax on the table while a specialist moves your body through deeper, safer ranges of motion. It’s customized, controlled, and far more effective than typical at-home stretching.

Who is Total Mobility for?

Anyone who feels tight, stiff, or limited in their movement. We help:

Desk workers

Active adults & weekend athletes

Parents on the go

Adults 40+ who want to stay mobile

People finishing physical therapy and wanting to maintain progress

What results can I expect?

Short-Term Results (First 1–2 Weeks)

With 1–2 sessions per week, most clients begin to experience:

Improved flexibility in hips, back, and shoulders

Reduced daily stiffness, especially in mornings

Less soreness after workouts

Stronger posture from loosening tight muscle groups

Better sleep quality because the body feels more relaxed

Easier movement when sitting, standing, bending, or turning

Many clients report they feel:

“Younger.”
“Looser.”
“More athletic.”
“More confident in their body.”

3️⃣ Longer-Term Results (1–3 Months)

With consistent visits, clients often see:

Major improvements in mobility and range of motion

Long-lasting release of long-term tightness

Better recovery cycles for active adults and gym users

More energy during the day due to reduced muscular strain

Less risk of injury when lifting, running, or playing sports

Greater physical freedom — being able to do things they avoided

People commonly notice:

Easier stair climbing

Comfortable driving or sitting for long periods

Improved movement confidence (“I don’t feel stuck anymore”)

More balance and stability

Return to activities they felt “too stiff” for

Is assisted stretching painful?

No. You may feel a strong stretch, but you should never feel sharp or unsafe pain. We adjust based on your comfort and communicate through the entire session.

How long is each session?

All sessions are 20-minutes long with a trained specialist.
